Refund policy

1. Overview

We want you to love your SOFTIES experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the following return terms carefully before sending anything back.


2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

  • Returns received beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

  1. Email hello@softiesbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded as store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee is deducted from all approved returns to cover handling and processing costs.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact hello@softiesbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.


7. Final Sale Items

Limited-edition or promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
