Shipping policy

1. Overview

We want your SOFTIES experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within the United States.


2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


3. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak periods or new product launches, processing times may extend slightly.


4. Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping may be offered for qualifying promotions or minimum order thresholds.

  • Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and carrier rates.


6. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, please:

  1. Confirm the shipping address provided was correct.

  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  3. Contact us at hello@softiesbeauty.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We’ll assist you in opening a claim with the carrier but cannot guarantee replacement or refund until carrier investigation concludes.


8. Damaged Packages

If an order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact hello@softiesbeauty.com within 7 days of receipt. We’ll guide you through the replacement process.


9. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. SOFTIES is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


10. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify the address or contents. If you need to cancel, contact us within 2 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to assist before fulfillment begins.
